Product Description

WY-120LA/WY-180LA CRAWLER MUCK LOADER can continuously work with high efficiency, mainly used for the loading work in the Construction on Tunnel of Railway, tunnel mining, and diversion tunnel and national defense cave. This loader is applicable to the small to middle size tunnels with 2.4*2.5m section.

This machine relying on te crawler pushing and digging up the rocks and feeding to the scraper chain conveyor belt, the conveyor belt will dump the rocks into the self-dumping truck/ mine car or shuttle car at the end part. At the same time it can use the backhoe excavator arm to dig up the faraway rock, also use the bucket to clean the working road.

This machine adopts electrohydraulic drive, compact structure, very strong propulsion, and wide digging up range. It can full section dig up the rock, no leave the dead angle, not need manpower assist to clean the working road surface.

The main action adopts pilot valve control, easy operation, and it has equipped with alarm system of overranging travel, oil temperature super high, hydraulic circuit block, motor overloading and so on, which greatly reduces the labor intensity.
